8 Ways to Naturally Detox

Big night? No judgement, we have all been there.

We all need to hit the reset button occasionally when we have slightly overindulged on the cheese platers and red wine front. However, it doesn't have to be done by fasting, juicing or restricting. 8 simple ways to naturally detox your body after a big night can be easily achieved in a few simple steps

  • Warm lemon water, apple cider vinegar, and grated ginger first thing when you wake up
  • Hydrate consistently throughout the day (you can also add a dash of Apple Cider Vinegar to your water as well) 
  • Eliminate Sugar, Gluten and Caffeine from your diet for a few days 
  • Eat Wholefoods, nothing processed or artificial 
  • Move your body - yoga, walking, light jog 
  • Eat three healthy and wholesome meals during the day, don't skip any. 
  • Detox Epsom salt bath or swim in the ocean 
  • Ensure that you are getting a restful sleep, head to bed slightly earlier than usual 

 

 

Detox Day on A Plate 

8.00am - Warm Lemon Water (apple cider vinegar, grated ginger, juice of 1 lemon.) 

9.00am - 1 Glass of Water & Yoga Class 

10.00am - Green Smoothie (Breakfast) 

11.00am - Water w/ ACV 

1.30pm - Super Green Walnut Salad (Lunch) 

3.00pm - Water w/ ACV 

4.30pm - Beetroot, Ginger, Lemon and Carrot Juice (Snack) 

5.30pm - Epsom Salt Bath & Reading 

7.00pm - Vermicelli Salmon Salad (Dinner) 

9.00pm - Meditation & Herbal Tea
