Superfood, seem to be the crazy, I am often getting asked what are superfoods? and how do they benefit my deit and overall wellbeing. 

What are Superfoods? 

Superfoods are nutrient dense foods that contain compounds which are rich in antioxidants, fiber and fatty acids, and are seen to be extremely beneficial to an individuals overall health and wellbeing. 

Why are they beneficial? 

Superfoods are extremely beneficial to an individuals diet as they contain vital nutrients that assist in increasing energy and vitality, regulating cholesterol, blood pressure and additional help fight cancer and other diseases.
