Tuning into your body and properly fueling it before your workout, and additionally afterwards is essential for optimal health and wellbeing. 

A few of my favourite snack ideas... 

Pre Workout 

  • Green Apple & Almond Butter 
  • Trail Mix - Almonds, Walnut, Saltanas, Pumpkin Seeds, Sunflower Seeds 
  • Brown Rice Cakes w/ Avocado & Salt / Pepper 
  • 1/2 Banana 
  • Berry Smoothie 
  • Banana Smoothie 


Post Workout 

  • Hummus & Carrots
  • Avocado w/ Spelt Toast 
  • Handful of Almonds 
  • Spring Water Tuna w/ Brown Rice Cakes 
  • Protein Shake 
  • Brown Rice Cake w/ Peanut Butter & Chopped Banana 
  • 100g Greek Yogurt w/ Nuts and Seeds
  • A Handful of Strawberries & Blueberries w/ Small Handful of Mixed Nuts 
  • Blueberry & Strawberry Almond Smoothie
