There is no doubt that on every corner you turn in London your bound to find a new little hidden secret. London is bursting with fabulous little cafes and restaurants, however, finding ones that are healthy and have delicious gluten free options can at time be a struggle.
Below are a few of may favourite little cafes and restaurants in London:
Ottolenghi, Belgravia & Notting Hill London
A perfect spot for a girls lunch, with an incredible range of delicious salads and sweet treats, or a great place to drop in for a juice and cake.

The Mae Deli, Mayfair London
My favourite spot for lunch in London, with an incredible range of wholesome and delicious lunch options. You are able to select 4 salads from the deli or have soup with a slice of rye or gluten free bread.
Ella has also an amazing range of raw treats and cakes as well as nourishing juices and smoothies which can be made to order.
The Mae Deli has an incredibly calming atmosphere and is a perfect place to switch off, relax, catch up on some emails or relax with a friend.

One of the most incredibly designed buildings I have been into, from the tea rooms to the main dining room and bathroom there is a unique design attached. It’s the perfect place to meet a friend for afternoon tea.

A go to spot for a delicious and nutritious smoothie on the run or a nutrient dense lunch bowl.

In my most recent visit to London I was fortunate enough to visit a wide variety of fitness studios in central London.

A perfect way to reset your focus and unwind before or after work. Frame offer a big, airy space where you can disconnect and reconnect with yourself. They offer class ranging from yoga, pilates, core strength and toning.
Locations - Notting Hill, City of London, Fulham, Richmond
Stretch out, lengthen and relax at Bootcamp pilates a boutique reformer pilates studio with locations across London. Classes run throughout the day and are small, allowing you to really engage within the class and ask questions whenever you need.
Locations - Chiswick, Chelsea, Hampstead, Kensington, Wimbledon, Mayfair
The ballet based workout that will honestly put you through your paces. There is no denying that Barre Core will alert your core to muscles you honestly didn't know you had. If your looking for an alternative type of workout and something that will strengthen your core then look no further Barre Core is the perfect fitness studio for you.
