Day on my Plate - Winter

Often in Winter, we find that we eat a little more than usual even though we are often in climate controlled environments with heaters. It is just our bodies innate instinct, to keep us warmer.

My Day On A Plate - Winter  

After a glass of water first thing in the morning,  I generally without fail is head outside for my 30 mins of mindful movement. This is my form of morning meditation, I love to head outside in the fresh air, get my blood pumping and start planning my day ahead. Once I am back inside, I sip on my Immunity Boosting Tonic (recipe) and have a shower.  

9.00am - Porridge w/ Berries (Raspberries, Blueberries and Blackberries) 

10.30am - Piccolo Soy Latte

1.30pm - Gut Healing Salad Bowl (recipe) 

4.00pm - Detox Energy Ball (recipe) 

7.00pm - Zoodle Bolognese

9 pm - Herbal Tea 


Remeber we are all bio individuals and as a result, we will all have different appetites and cravings, there is no perfect nutritional intake or menu. It is just what works best for you and your body.

The best piece of advice I can give you is to tune in and listen to your body and its cravings. Always choose wholefoods were possible, and limit your intake of packaged foods.
