10 Min Stretch Routine

It’s dark, cold and all in the too hard basket for morning exercise? 

Don’t worry I feel the same way sometimes. However, the benefits of moving your body first thing are phenomenal and therefore I have written up three stretching routines that you can complete in 10 mins, and the best part is, you can do them in your PJ’s! 

So there really are no excuses ...

 

Stretch Session 1 - Arms

4 Cat / Cow Stretches 

4 Inch Worm 

25 Deep Squats 

25 Bench Press - 3kg Weights 

25 Bicep Curls - 3kg Weights 

25 Side Raises - 3 kgs Weights

Repeat Twice 

 

 

 

Stretch Session 2 - Legs

4 Cat / Cow Stretches 

4 Inch Worm 

25 Deep Squats 

25 Stationary Lunges 

25 Side Lunges - 3kg Weights 

25 Side Leg Raises

Repeat Twice 

 

 

Stretch Session 3 - Abs

4 Cat / Cow Stretches 

4 Inch Worm 

25 Deep Squats 

25 Bicycles 

25 Russian Twist - 3 kg Weights  

25 Straight Leg Sit Ups

Repeat Twice 

 

I recommend completing these in the morning if you don't have time for a workout, additionally rolling your body out on a foam roller is extremely beneficial.
