How to add more value to your day
You'll have good days, bad days, overwhelming days, too tired days, awesome days and I can't go on days.
It is inevitable because we are all only human.
However, on those days when you are in need of a little pick me up, I always recommend looking to incorporate a few of these simple rituals:
Eat whole foods and nothing processed or artifical
Make sure you hit your 10,000 steps each day (you can track this on your smart phone)
Early to bed and early to rise (6.30am Wake Up / 9.30pm Bed)
Wear clothes that make you feel fabulous
Do something new everyday
Turn the notifications on your phone off - especially social media
Make time for 30 mins of reading every night before bed
Complete at least 30 mins of mindful exercise per day - run, walk, yoga, pilates, hitt class, spin class (importing for releasing)
Try and complete one task at a time
Tap into podcasts to expand and grow your knowledge
