My Day on a Plate - Winter

6.30am - I love to start my morning with my Immunity Boosting Tonic, this kick starts my metabolism and gets my designative system up and running (you can find the recipe in the recipe section of the blog)

7.00am - I get outside and get my blood pumping with a light job, HIT training session or pilates. 

8.30am - Breakfast, probably one of my favourite meals of the day, I love to either have: 

  • Porridge w/  1/2 a banana, blueberries & organic probiotic yogurt
  • GF muesli w/ 1/2 banana, blueberries & organic probiotic yogurt 
  • Green Radiance Smoothie (find the recipe in the recipe section) 

10.30am - Herbal Tea 

1.00pm - Lunch, salad is my favourite! I love to have a big roasted vegetable salad, this usually includes, sauteed silver beat, roasted - Brussel sprouts, broccolini, asparagus and cauliflower topped with some poached chicken. 

4.00pm - Herbal Tea & an Energy Protein Ball 

7.00pm - Dinner, steamed fish with sautéed spinach and steamed broccolini 

9.00pm - Herbal Tea & x2 squares of loving earth chocolate 

I always try to ensure that I have at least 8 hours of sleep per night and also have a goal to drink at least 2 - 2.5 litres of water per day - for optimal productivity and cognitive function.
