Best Snack Ideas

There is no doubt that when we are on the go and hunger strikes we often opt for the easiest fix, and often it leads to unhealthy options. My favourite quick and easy snacks to have on the go are: 


150g Greek Yogurt + Apple Grated + Sprinkle of Cinnamon 

150g Greek Yogurt + 100g Mixed Berries

2 Celery stalks + 20g nut butter

1 - 2  Protein Bliss Ball 

1 Boiled Egg w/ Salt & Pepper 

15g Almonds + Pear or Green Apple 

2 Rye Crisp breads + Smashed Avocado + Chopped Cherry Tomatoes 

Chopped Veggies - carrots, celery, capsicum, cucumber w/ hummus 

Homemade Granola Bars

Simple Green Smoothie 

Berry Bliss Smoothie
