My Go To Exercise Routine

This is my go-to exercise routine that I love to pump out in the morning especially if I am pressed for time. I always try to ensure that I move my body in some way, shape or form before breakfast in the morning. However, for some people I know this can be a challenge, so below is my 15min blast that will get the blood pumping and get you all set for an awesome day ahead!

 

15 Min Blast Work Out

1min Jumping Squats or Skipping

15 Squats

15 Push Ups

15 Straight Leg Sit Ups

15 Lunges (each leg)

15 Mountain Climbers

15 Bicycle Crunch

1 min Plank

 

Repeat x3 with a 30-second break between each set. Always remember to drink plenty of water.
