How to Make your Week Amazing!

We all live in a society today where we are constantly time poor and therefore making time for yourself is always comes in second. However, I do believe that in order to thrive in life we need to make time for ourselves and factor them into our calendar in each this can be anything from going to an excretes class, going out for coffee, reading a magazine or cooking a devious dinner. 

The four things that I love to do each week all by myself…. 

  • Go for a long walk - I love to do this by myself I often take my phone with me and listen to a Podcast - there are so many on iTunes so look a few up that are of interest to you. It's a great way to relax, gain inspiration and tune into life more. A few of my favourites are - The Melissa Ambrosini Show, The Wellness Guys Show, Good Life Project. 

 

  • Go for a coffee - When was the last time you went and had a coffee or chai latte by yourself, many of us are intimidated by the idea of going alone, however, it is one of the best things in life to do. I often take my laptop and read some articles online or read the paper when I am there. 

 

  • Make time to read before bed - making time to read and switch our devices off is so important as it relaxes our body and slows down our minds. Read fulfilling books that can inspire you. 

 

  • Exercise - move your body in some way shape or form every day, whether it is an exercise class, a run or walk it's a great way to release endorphins and empty the mind. 

 

So this week make yourself a number one priority and put yourself first.
